What is the difference between fragrance oils and essential oils?
Essential oils are naturally concentrated roots, essence of plants, leaves, and fruits. Fragrance oils are manmade fragrances, which a lot of fragrances are combined with man - made natural essence.
Do your products contain preservatives?
CinCare Products contains small amounts of preservatives in order to protect freshness. Anything made with water can grow mold and fungus that doesn't contain preservatives
Can I use the products if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin, sometimes have trouble with products containing fragrances, or if your skin is sensitive, you should try the product on a small area of skin first. Another option is to request a low - level of scenting. E-Mail the request right after ordering. CinCare Products also carries unscented products.
How long will it take for order to arrive?
Orders are usually produced and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from date of purchase. For standard ground shipping, please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase for products to arrive depending where in the U.S. you live.
How are CinCare soaps different from soap in the super - market?
Commercial soaps are made with chemical and lots of preservatives. These soaps also contain detergents. CinCare soaps are made with food grade vegetable oil, Shea butter, and materials from plant extract.
Is CinCare soap organic?
It is impossible for any soap to be more than 90% organic. Most of all organic materials are transformed at CinCare. We use more organic ingredients and will continue to look more toward improving natural ingredients in our products as suppliers offer high, quality organic ingredients.
